Windows Mobile 6.x Registry Changer

The below tool will create a CAB file for Windows Mobile 6.x containing any of the selected registry entries. If you uninstall the cab file, all registry entries will be reset back to normal. Check the options below that you would like to include in your cab file. These registry changes should work for WM6.0 and 6.1 devices. Use at your own risk.

DUE TO LOW USE WITH THE RELEASE OF WP7, THIS TOOL IS NO LONGER ACTIVE. IF YOU WISH ME TO RESTART IT, PLEASE COMMENT BELOW.

For more information on this tool, or to request a registry entry be removed, please see this thread.

Are you typing the CAPTCHA image into the Security Phrase box? Ensure you are typing it correctly and keep in mind it is case sensitive.

It keep on saying “The security code you entered is invalid.” Does it create a file that you can download it to your computer so you execute it on the cell phone later. Or do you need to hook the phone to your computer then hit the create your cap. I did apply case sensitive for the Captcha.

I’ve been looking into the security code error mentioned, but every test I do to replicate seems to work fine.

As for what type of file, it will create a CAB file that you can execute on your cell phone later.

“The security code you entered is invalid” comes with IE, Firefox works fine :-)

Benjamin Curtis says:

@Wolfgang Thank you for the information! Off of that I was able to figure out it’s specific versions of IE. I will update to fix.

Benjamin Curtis says:

OK, all queries about the code not working should be fixed. We’ve switched over to the RE-CAPTCHA functionality like we use for comments. Thanks again for the feedback everyone.

Thanks a bunch, this worked quite well for me. I had been looking for some place that would at least have the GOOD tweaks listed, but had not expected some one to make it into a self chosen cab format.

Worked wonders on my Tilt 2 (and Tilt 1) I would suggest putting a link in to XDA developers so that they could help promote your tweaks.
