Firefox on your smartphone from News

By the end of this year, we’ll be seeing Firefox Mobile, A.K.A. Fennec, on the Nokia N900.  By the middle of next year, it will be released for Windows Mobile and most likely Android as well.  When we’ve got great browsers like Opera Mobile 10 and Skyfire, how will Mozilla stack up?

Like Opera Mobile 10, Fennec will be based on a desktop engine.  It should render anything that the Firefox 3.6 engine can handle.  On top of that, it will support plug-ins.  In fact, they already have around 30 working, including the every popular AdBlock Plus.
