Sprint launches WiMAX in select cities from News

Sprint has finally announced their first US based 4G network, WiMAX, in select US cities.  While this service is expected to expand into other areas, it is currently available in Chicago, Dallas, and specific areas in North Carolina.  In related news, Dell has also announced the Mini 10, a netbook with a built in WiMAX moden that will be subsidized through Sprint, and available for $199.99 with a two year contract.
