DirecTV to launch 3D channel from News

So how many times have you seen Avatar in 3D at your local IMAX?  By the time it hits TV distribution, you may be able to watch it in 3D at home.  Using new 3D technologies available in the latest flat panel televisions, DirecTV will be sporting a new 3D High Definition channel with movies, sports, and who knows what else in early 2010.  DirecTV will be making the official announcement at CES next month in Las Vegas.
