I had been looking for some place that would at least have the GOOD tweaks listed, but had not expected some one to make it into a self chosen cab format.

Worked wonders on my Tilt 2 (and Tilt 1) I would suggest putting a link in to XDA developers so that they could help promote your tweaks.

As for what type of file, it will create a CAB file that you can execute on your cell phone later.
